Hello all, how are you doing? Thank you for still following my blog! I've been busy with my daughter since she was born last year November, never had the chance to craft anything until not long ago I received a gift from a long distance relative from Japan. My sister's mother-in-law had gotten a thoughtful gift for my daughter thus to show my appreciation I created this card. First time with red and blue...didn't know they came out so well! Simply loving it...!

 

Then yesterday I got enthusiastic and created two more cards for Mother's Day! Way to go to myself! lol Finally started to feel like crafting after a long hiatus. Can't wait to see what idea is coming up next!

I had my birthday last Tuesday on the 14th of August, it was the best birthday I ever had! I received presents from my sister all the way from Japan, a gift card from a friend of mine in North Carolina and lastly, a very surprise cake delivery from a bestie in Malaysia! I feel so grateful to have a friend like her, even though we are so far apart yet she still remember my birthday and sent me a birthday chocolate mousse cake! So I decided to make some cards to show my gratitude for them, one of them is shown as below. JUST A NOTE to say THANK YOU! Of course, just Thank You is not enough to show my thankfulness to my DH, he had a day off from work just for my birthday and brought me to my favorite restaurant and my favorite lobster for dinner! Hehe...So I think a card is not enough... gotta bake him some cake! :-P

Gratitude

Made this card two weeks ago but didn't have time to upload it until now so I will upload a few together with other cards I created recently! I love butterflies, they always add such a wonderful accent to the card or scrapbook page. Similar to flowers, they could turn a dull looking card to a lively beautiful card! I cut out the butterflies from Momenta's paper and glittered the corner of the flowers. They stand out so much than before! I hope you like it! :)

I'm more into card making mode lately, I think part of it probably is due to my pregnancy. I get tired so easily and can't think of anything! I need more creativity and inspirations! Anyone? :) I want to scrap a picture of my baby girl's sonogram but I just don't have time (excuse?) I need to watch my boy who's turning two next month and he's so active at this point of time and I'm just so exhausted everyday even though I didn't do anything...phew!!
