I had my birthday last Tuesday on the 14th of August, it was the best birthday I ever had! I received presents from my sister all the way from Japan, a gift card from a friend of mine in North Carolina and lastly, a very surprise cake delivery from a bestie in Malaysia! I feel so grateful to have a friend like her, even though we are so far apart yet she still remember my birthday and sent me a birthday chocolate mousse cake! So I decided to make some cards to show my gratitude for them, one of them is shown as below. JUST A NOTE to say THANK YOU! Of course, just Thank You is not enough to show my thankfulness to my DH, he had a day off from work just for my birthday and brought me to my favorite restaurant and my favorite lobster for dinner! Hehe...So I think a card is not enough... gotta bake him some cake! :-P

Gratitude

Made this card two weeks ago but didn't have time to upload it until now so I will upload a few together with other cards I created recently! I love butterflies, they always add such a wonderful accent to the card or scrapbook page. Similar to flowers, they could turn a dull looking card to a lively beautiful card! I cut out the butterflies from Momenta's paper and glittered the corner of the flowers. They stand out so much than before! I hope you like it! :)

I'm more into card making mode lately, I think part of it probably is due to my pregnancy. I get tired so easily and can't think of anything! I need more creativity and inspirations! Anyone? :) I want to scrap a picture of my baby girl's sonogram but I just don't have time (excuse?) I need to watch my boy who's turning two next month and he's so active at this point of time and I'm just so exhausted everyday even though I didn't do anything...phew!! Vivo City

Finally...after a long time...I came up with this layout of Jonathan, picture that we took during our CNY trip back in Singapore February this year! We went to Vivo City, a place where I used to visit so often when I was working Singapore, the reason being it's by the harbor and you should see the building architecture just so fascinating. They have a roof top pool mainly for kids or toddlers only because the water level is at most till knee high. Yes, I love Singapore and I really hope someday we (my DH, kids and I) would be able to move and live there!
